A 10:15 PM start and if the Mets official web site can be believed, Joey Lucchesi will make his 2023 starting debut tonight.

A 6-1 start to this West coast swing is pretty damn great.

They also have another right handed hitter by the name of J.D. Davis. Oh, and don't forget Darin Ruf. Rumor has it that Ruf kills left handers, though I can't recall seeing evidence of that.

Hey, we're under way, and all those guys are in the lineup for San Francisco.

Checking in after watching the Knicks kick some Cav-ass.

Let's Go Mets!!

I don't want to force myself to see patterns where there are none, but Lucchesi seems to be getting better every inning.

Alonso to dead center! Mets making Giants pay for poor defensive play letting McNeil reach base

The problem with Mets Fast Forward is they include the score in the scroll at the bottom of the screen. I couldn't help but see the Mets scored 7 when they'd only had 4.

Next time will affix duct tape over the bottom of my TV screen

Baty is making more consistent contact than Álvarez, but the winning road trip has allowed them both to loosen up and play heads-up ball without pressuring themselves to break through on one swing, which was Álvarez last week.

Also, Marte has been out a couple of days now, and nobody's talking about it, because it so far isn't hurting them. It's allowed McNeil to float out to right, and Guillorme to get consistent playing time at second, almost always against righties, and get his bat going.

Thanks, sounds like it's just what they needed

Casually watching MFF for a hoot. Love this ballpark. Only been once, in

the good ol' Pac Bell days.

Wilmer looks so grown up. Where does the time go?
