I understand that, after the real game starting around 5 PM or so, there's going to be an exhibition involving younger players who may someday

be good enough to get invited back for a real game a couple of decades from now. This could be a fun thing to watch so we'll follow that game

here in this thread.



Some kid named David Peterson will pitch for the home team facing young Kyle Freeland

Hijinx may ensue and I hear there's to be a fireworks display before the game.

In personal news, my flipper is mostly healed, post injury, and I was able to gut out a 2 hour gig tonight with a couple of strategically placed band aids.

Meanwhile in St Louis, the Cardinals have 1st and 3rd with one out down a run in tje bottom of the 9th to Atlanta

Cardinals score to tie it with the Braves in the bottom of the 9th. Bases are loaded for the Cardinals with one out. Jansen just walked in the winning run for the Cardinals.
