Sweet. Mets back in the lead. Edman gets nowhere near the ball in the hole.



If these hit-batsmen lead to another on-field confrontation, Stubby would do well to stay home.

Internet sleuths have video of Hefner coming out of the tunnel and telling Buck it's "nothing bad." Probably just a cramp or a back spasm or something. I ain't sweating it.

Yeah, a lot of catchers are looking silly in that. I hope they are getting well paid for it, because Yadier Molina should have his own trademarked silhouette on big league catching gear.
