Nobody in the lineup who was around for the 2016 WC Game, but even still.

I have YouTube and streaming service on Verison Fios. I orally and politely asked my

remote about 'Mets game on YouTube' three times.

Got bottom button suggestions: search for funny shows, funny videos, play a YouTube

video and (this is the really funny one) 'what can you do to help?'

Progress.

It's fucking bullshit, I have no desire to start a free trial of YouTube TV but will

play along so I can watch a baseball game. Someone get Uncle Steve on the horn.

I can't get it to work. I'm sure someone will chime in and say I'm an old white luddite.

I subscribed to YouTube, just to get rid of the ads every forty seconds. But I'm still not happy about ballgames being on it. It's one thing to put them on mlb.com, which gives you access to every game not on national TV or blacked out locally, or on a network available on any TV package. It's another to put them on a source you have to pay for directly. And the announcers probably suck.

Thanks, but I'm good for now. Be wary after the 14 days, this thing costs $65/month if you

don't cancel it or whatever.

I got the free trial to work on Firefox, Chrome just kept sending me to google links which is

kinda funny because Google (Chrome) owns YouTube.

Anything's better than the cable network lockdown, this isn't the best solution, but I'd rather games be on YouTube than ESPN/Fox/WB11. And certainly telegraphing and trail-running a move to streaming gets everyone to at least know where the buttons are. Like mobile only ticketing and cashless ballparks. Fraught with rich/poor problems of course, but isn't it all.

Yes, I got it work on Fios finally. Have to remember to go figure out opting out

of free trial thing I wasted time on getting to work so they don't steal $65 two

weeks from now.

Lord, even the damn commercial breaks are more annoying. If you're going to take time out for ads, show some ads.

Omigod, commentary from John Franco. This should be..........not good.

We're getting Omar Minaya making chat commentary, I think.
