I wonder if Ojeda has it in for Alderson. Here's what Ojeda had to say right after he was fired from his SNY gig in 2015:

I think Sandy goes, and the HR lady, as the token firings. it fits the profile of the fixer. They'll put in some training/seminar things that don't work and call it a day.
