And they should have charged with at least three or four "visits" and have none remaining for the rest of the game.

Instead, I'm sure several of those were exempt for some stupid reason or another and they in fact have 46 permitted mound conferences left. Plus whichever ones they don't use tonight carry over to next game.

if they want to speed up the game they should end mound conferences, though i suppose then they would start having fake injuries and trainers who communicate from the manager.
