Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 Neris was finally forced to go to the fastball and it beat Broxton for the final out.

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 I'm still thinking that Keon Broxton's lousy throw on the sac fly for the first run felt like the TPotG.It was a can of corn, but he was playing much deeper than Lagares or even deeper than Nimmo and possibly Conforto. He had to make a running catch whereas Lagares would have had it lined up. Then, rather than turning his hips, setting and throwing, he tossed it in on the run and got nothing behind it.That said, one thing I never realized before this series is that by catcher standards, Realmuto can really motor.
