G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted February 7, 2019 Posted February 7, 2019 Mets sign Devin Mesoraco to a minor league deal with an invite to Spring Training.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted February 7, 2019 Posted February 7, 2019 I like that too. If there's a time when Ramos and d'Arnaud are both injured, I'd rather have Mesoraco in the mix than to rely heavily on Tomas Nido.
G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted February 7, 2019 Author Posted February 7, 2019 I wonder if this makes d'Arnaud more versatile in the planning, as he's often been positioned but never (except in emergency) been in practice. Or he could be traded.Or Mesoraco will get to know Syracuse for a while. Or he'll be traded.Or...lotta "ors" in the water.

We now have "ors", which I feel are good. A few "huh?"s and a few "wtf"s sure. But no "ifs".
