Ordered a 2nd one for Fboy this morning; when I showed him the design he was all in. The company was nice enough to not charge me for a second shipping fee.

I ordered one, it can be our unofficial forum tee.

Does Joe post here?

I like the concept, the idea of the shirt design; the execution, not so much. I don't think that Mr. Met looks enough like Mr. Met, to my liking. Of course, that's the designer's catch-22. The more the batter resembles Mr. Met, the likelier it is that the Mets will be able to claim copyright and trademark infringements.

Yeah, my first thought was whether the team (for Mr. Met) or MLB (for the design copy) would ponder go to the lawyers first. If they're smart, neither will.
I know the NFL would pounce in a similar situation. Even Francesa, who could shill for the NFL as much as anyone, used to (only slightly) joke that the NFL was so protective of their copyrights that they'd have
their legal eagles bust into some 3rd grade classroom with papers (and perhaps guns) drawn to serve on some kid who they heard kid was scribbling helmet logos on his notebook cover.

I showed it to a buddy today who is a big Indians fan, so, in other words, while not a Mets fan, someone who I'd expect to immediately get this shirt. And he thought it was great.

Shirt arrived.
[list:12jkys3d]-Sizing is good, ordered a 2XL because I like loose clothing and it's perfect.
-The orange could be more orange, doesn't match the online picture at all.
-It smells. Bad. Needs a good washing[/list:u:12jkys3d]

Like nothing I've ever smelled before. Bad. Must be the ink.

Haha, one couldn't wear it for 2 months and leave the stank on it like
the stank it has on it.

Mine just got here. It doesn’t smell bad, just a bit rubbery. And the orange is pretty orange. The size seems accurate. I ordered the deluxe or premium or whatever they call it, because it’s supposed to be made of nice thick cotton. But it’s the same thin stretchy clingy stuff that passes for cotton everywhere these days. (That’s one of my old man rants; I’m pretty sure the cotton consortium is conspiring with the polyester interests to label cotton-polyester as 100% cotton. You can write to your congressman, but he’s probably been paid off.) So I’m reasonably satisfied.

Got mine just in time for my birthday. WooHoo!!

Don't smell at all. Did have to be flattened a little cause it was "rubbery" with some folds in Mr. Met. Looks great, fits great. Very happy with it.

I demand a full investigation into why I got a stinky tee!
