Perhaps Noah should have had that MRI after all.

Love the promise of an Opening Day victory, and a “brilliant” Thor. I love how a “In the Big Inning” headline works for Opening Day, as in the beginning of the season. Sure, things went off the rails quickly. A disappointing season to be sure, but it had some nice moments. This was one of them. I’ll go for celebration and joy every time. And it keeps Maja upbeat through the season.

Nice job with the whole contest! Got us through January!

Opening day, when there was so much hope, and a nice win.

Thor going down was the critical turning point of the season and we all kind of knew it right then. It was by far the most important event of the year, but I hated it.

I will therefore live in my LaLaLand of Hope.

Putting aside the ADDED DRAMA of a Christianity vs. Paganism matchup in the finals, I went for BLUNDER too. It's the whole season in three words!

Tough choice, pretty sure I voted for both throughout the journey here.
Went with Blunder.

This was an easy one for me. I voted positive.

*tears up this years vacation plans into tini tiny pieces.

Thor is a good rep for the season we had, though. I guess it was a good thing I missed allAdat.

Of the two, it's "GOB" over the bloated alternative but neither is as good as a Yoenis cover.

Though it was ridiculous that Thor refused the MRI, what he tore in the 23-5 game wasn't what was bothering him when they wanted the MRI and wouldn't have necessarily shown up, throwing the clever headline into dubious territory.

In The Big Inning is a sharp pun, albeit on a busy page. I went back to the beginning with this vote.

If the lobby at the headquarters has a blue and orange dog in it, I'll consider sticking with my original vacation plans.

Voting is currently tied!

Is there anyone who hasn't yet voted who cares to break this tie?

WOW! This is so exciting!

I'm serious, lol.

*scotch taping vacation plans back together.

OE: 12 votes!?! WTF? We could have a ways to go. Allow Bats in on a 1 day pass.

So what are you saying? That you'll go to Stockholm, but only if the Post cover wins? Either way, the 1980s sitcom celebrity will be at the ceremony, and we're still working on convincing Maja to attend. And we have a lead on a famous Hollywood ghost, but nothing has been finalized yet on that front.

Actually, it's more like "tie re-established"!

IN THE BEGINNING moved to a 7-6 lead earlier today, but now we're back to a 7-7 tie.

This is... unprecedented!

Neat-0.

No, we'll have a special "weighted" tiebreaker poll, and if that ends in a tie, we'll have co-winners, like Willie Stargell and Keith Hernandez in 1979.

I can go for this, yes can do too!
