  1. Ouch. He did it. I welcome the pain. I listened to Mad Dog on the way home. I watched Baseball Tonight. I'm going to look at Transmonk's most recent post in this thread. And I'm going to go watch the last inning of the 2007 NLCS in a few minutes. Does anyone have a Klingon painstick?

Just some carp I picked up jumping from board to board like a monkey. _______________________________ Did I say notes to myself? Sorry,...those notes were meant for someone else. Ugh, just disregard this post. Sorry. Okay, I'll be moving on to a thread more,.... Did I say I was sorry? Great stuff Zvon. edit: I see cooby beat me to it.

    RUN!

Reyes Has Foes, and Mets Feeling Edgy Looks funnier when you remove one comma.
  4. Today it was massive. I felt good today going into the game.
  5. You know, John Maine's expression looked exactly the same to me yesterday as it did in other games. Maybe the 8 run lead by inning 3 helped by he came up big.
  6. Thanks to everyone who contributed to this thread!

I've never once said "Oh, it's okay, because Glavine's pitching tonight." There's always been that underlying unease for me. I did during last year's playoffs AFTER his first NLCS start.

  11. Castllo pounding the shit out of the bench. A fitting image as I turn my tv off, Peterson shrugging at Willie.

  13. Jeez take your time there David. I really did think Wagner would give up a crooked number. My negative vibes are to blame.
  14. I'm really not in the mood.
  15. Only one inning for Dookie?

    Okay

He might be able to show you things that could inspire you, but he can't do it himself. He doesn't have that kind of personality. He's more a stubborn, absent-minded professor who is quick to judge. ...
  17. I'd love to have a stadium cheer my name everytime I stuck my head out of the dugout, but do you think it bothers Moises that they pronounce his name wrong?

  21. 8 unearned runs. Whatever.
  22. Relieved here.
