    Remeber that Verducci article where he said the umps got a total of four calls wrong at first for an entire year? The day after I read that article was the Washington game that had four blown calls at first. Since then it feels like I've seen three games where there HASN'T been a blown call at first.     I'm really not in the mood for Morgan and Miller. Morgan so far on Santana: Not effective against slap hitters. Velocity down. Not throwing sliders as much. Gives up too many home runs. Maybe those are all true.
