  1. I think the fourth movie should feature Spidey versus the Wall:
  2. Looks like the 7, 9, 10 & 12 run games of the past couple of weeks are chipping away the ERA leadership.

  8. According to a player poll. No current Mets on either list. No big surprises either.
  9. Those guys don't look happy at all.
  10. Siobhan: "I can't believe that Caitlin got that fake bake before the step-dancing finals." Deirdre: "No shit, she's such a slut!"
  11. Johnny Dickshot wrote: Bosox sweep. We could really bury these guys this weekend. Hubris, people, hubris! Now the Yanks are probably going to go 5-1 against the Mets.
  12. Frayed Knot wrote: The infamous Willie "gut" move came out smelling like a fuckin' genius today. You're always defending Willie.
  13. Johnny Dickshot wrote: I didn't see it but sounded on the radio that Newhan was nearly doubled off first when Castro lined out, having run on the pitch. Had that happned we'd spend our late afternoon fighting over Willets "Omar failed to address the pitching" agenda instead of being all excited about Willie 's Lou Piniella buttreamery. Well the starting pitching is still an issue even if the offense bailed them out. Again.

  15. Ugly. Starting pitching is in full-blown crisis. Too bad Omar didn't prepare for this during the offseason.
  16. That would be a 3.5 happiness. This is 2.5 happiness.
  17. Just as long as Ralph isn't watching this bareassed.
  18. My former adoptee comes to bat.
  19. Which means that Sid must have a great rack and Howard wants to bang him.
  20. Triumph the Insult Comic Dog is kind of scrapping the bottom of the barrell as far as celebrity big shots go.

  24. Edgy DC wrote: ="attgig"]]One Mets player, speaking anonymously before last night's game at Shea, wasn't surprised by Milledge's lyrics. "Language like that in a rap song? Shocking!" the player said sarcastically. i agree. it's not a lastings problem. it's an industry problem. don't single LM out because he's a baseball player. get the whole industry to change. Your point works for a City Councilman, but since he's the only rap figure in a Met uniform, I think Met fans are going to focus on him. Perhaps they can get George Foster, Tim Teufel, or Rick Aquilera to talk to Milledge from the point-of-view of an older, wiser Mets baseball player/rapper.
