The day after the All Star Game sucks. Not a sporting event in sight. (Fuck the ESPYs.) Top it off by the fact that the Mets don't play till 10 PM tomorrow night. Double suck.

I am eyeballing the Thursday July 29th Mets/Cards 12:10 matinee as another all day trip with Fboy. Need to scout out tickets... anyone else thinking of going that day?

Frenchy's such a timing guy, you have to wonder if he's going to have a tougher time finding his rhythm if he's sitting out half of all the games.

As much as anything else, hearing his voice is one of the most memorable things about the one trip I made to YSII to see a game, back in 2001 or 2002.
