Despite this being a WPIX game, the SNY app is not carrying it - likely because it's also being covered by the MLB network. That one is blacked out for me, so I am forced to use the "fell off a truck" live stream/Chromecast to watch, complete with the boobery of MLB Network's broadcast team.
Gutsy baserunning by Nimmo there. I think 90% of the time you're getting gunned down at 3rd on a ball to left. Worked out this time though. Put the pressure on, I dig it.
Marcus Stroman off to a bumpy start in Chi-town, I noticed. Mets fans who are jerks are giving him the business on social media, which I think he asked for to an extent. Most fans would wish the guy well had he not crapped on us collectively on his way out of town.
As positive as my experience has been so far with the SNY App, I will continue to follow weekday matinees on XM as I find it easier to multitask with just audio, plus I enjoy the dulcet tones of Mr. Rose with the call.
Too much Guillorme. He's not hitting. I know he's got the best 2B glove but I want to see JD or Dom in the hitting order over Luis. Especially with Marte getting a breather. OE: Didn't notice that he's playing SS to spell Lindor. Fine, he's your backup SS, but it's still too much Guillorme early.
After a rainout on Tuesday, the Syracuse squad came back to sweep a doubleheader yesterday by 1-0 and 4-2 scores. I'll be attending tonight's game; too cold for my family (low-mid 50's and overcast) so I'll be hanging with a buddy and enjoying dollar hot dogs and $2 Saranac beers

Not much of an IGT, but good books! In my own defense, I was a) cooking and eating dinner, dropping off my ride at the garage for an oil change, and c) recording episode 42 of "Mets on Tap" podcast with Seawolf and Ceetar
