  1. Surprised Bader isn't getting the start considering how well he knows CF in The Bedpan.
  2. =Fman99 post_id=163754 time=1721835188 user_id=86] My favorite aspect of NYM/NYY subway series games is watching dejected Yankee fans in the stands when their team is losing. That shit is like catnip to me
  3. Jake Diekman, lol. One of the few times I've felt bad for Gelbs- Diekman is a terrible interview.
  4. Can we just fast-forward to the end? I can't watch.
  5. Diekman in the 9th. Me scared.
  6. Gotta get something here.
  7. The PC Richards theme. They sponsor Yankee strikeouts.
  8. Ottasucko. His uniform number equals his value.

  10. I was perfectly fine with walking Judge. Quintana made JD Davis look foolish.
  11. I don't know if they're bad, but they sure are bad against the Marlins.
  12. Seemed like a very winnable game, but they didn't win it. Manaea was poopy. Anyone getting the feeling that JD Martinez is hitting a wall here?
  13. Pretty sure it's Manaea. Marlins always have a knack for messing things up for the Mets, so I hope they're taking them seriuously despite them being 30 games under .500.
  14. 1. OPS? Nimmo 2. home runs? Alonso 3. RBI? Nimmo 4. Pitcher wins? Severino 5. Pitcher strikeouts? Severino 6. Saves? Diaz 7. Who is the SHaMVP? Nimmo

  16. If you're sitting in the 3rd wild card on July 19th, you are definitely a buyer. When Senga returns, it's widely believed they'll be going to a 6-man rotation. That means one less bullpen arm, so the quality of those arms will be critical. I don't really trust anyone outside of Nunez and Diaz at this point (and I'm a little shaky on Diaz). Anyone else can be replaced. In the NL, only the Marlins, Rockies and maybe the Nats are sellers. Everyone else is a good week away from being in the spot where the Mets are now. In the AL it's Jays, A's White Sox and Angels. Rangers are on the cusp, as are the Tigers. Somewhere on those teams there must be two solid middle innings guys that can be had without giving away the farm. This is where Stearns gets to earn those big bux.
  17. Boy, Francisco Alvarez plays great for a 122-year-old.
  18. Those uniforms were something I can never unsee. Just atrocious. My company softball team has better uniforms.
  19. Well, there was bound to be a clunker in there somewhere.
  20. That was a 'whew' moment.
  21. Okay, he's wet, put him away.
