Is this a fan behind home plate, a mannequin, or perhaps a corpse? I haven't seen her move, pay attention to the game, or even breathe yet. https://metsinpeace.files.wordpress.com/2019/06/screen-shot-2019-06-16-at-1.30.13-pm.png> -

Now, see, I kind of read it as "This our third child together and I refuse to acknowledge that other one — no matter what other people, the courts, or 'science' say." Anyhow, felicidades a la familia Ramos.

That shot of Gooden rounding third is great. So much information is suggested to imply a bulletproof invincibility of the Mets. You're losing 7-3 in the third with the best pitcher on the planet facing off against you. And even thougt he's already spotted you three runs as a present, they're piling up runs against you early, and even Gooden himself is coming around to score, which should surprise nobody as the batter is hitting .342. And fuck the concourse. Every seat has an ass in it.

It could be a slight blue tint that only comes up in certain light, but I found that photo quickly enough because I thought I remembered the Angels in powder blue. That being said, I followed the Angels as little as any team back then, being in the American League West and seeming to be as fake a Hollywood team as there could be. http://tomstory.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/angels_ww.jpg> That's blue ... -ish, right? Maybe my eyes or my TV played tricks on me the only two times I ever saw an Angels road game back then.

He's also got pornstache and body hair. He totally could have been the Ginger Burt.

You Just Made the List, Buddy: Where Mets Rank in 2019

The pace is so lofty that he hits a homer after a few days and you learn his pace has tailed off a hair. Not quite 70 games into the season and he already has one of the top 60 homerun seasons in team history. I hope the Mets have invited Darryl Strawberry to join the team for a few days. Side note: Listed below among all the 23-homerun seasons is Albert Pujols' 2017 year. He's last because, despite his 23 shots, he had a -1.9 fWAR that year. Strange to think how long this guy has been tacking on to his Hall-of-Fame résumé without actually helping his team.
