So lemme get this straight, there's a "three part 'Docu-Series' " on Aaron Rodgers four months prior to him playing a game for the team?!? What happens if he actually wins a game ... Straight to the NYJ HoF?
He's just got to stop walking dudes. He came into day with 1 walk for every 2 IP and that's gone up today. It's nearly double his previous rates. And in addition to the baserunners it's killing his pitch count (75 thru 4 today) and putting tons of pressure (and innings) on the pen.
Edgy MD wrote: That seems meaningfully different from how umps call 'em now. The point is that Ronnie is backing the idea that pitches catching the front corner are going to be called balls on account of how R.U. is programmed. I contend that he's grossly over-selling the concept.
The difference between the front of the plate and the "mid-point", where Gary says Robo-ump is programmed to call strikes, is 4 inches deep. Ronnie is exaggerating the sideways movement of a pitch over that span.
=Gwreck post_id=127134 time=1685581607 user_id=56] Not sure I knew that Roger had a kid in the majors and that said offspring was with the Phillies. Hope he has a terrible game.
