SRF didn't do anything wrong and the IF didn't do their jobs. Lindor had him at 3d and Guillorme had him at the plate. -

Three requirements of every Mets game: 1) the batters will swing and miss at pitches out of the strike zone; 2) McCann will suck; 3) Castro will pitch. I read "Black Edge" and if a market analyst told Cohen something that cost him to waste $40.6 million the analyst would be fired. Who told Cohen that McCann was a good idea?

The Mets have signed for Orioles catcher Chance Sisco. He was a 2d round draft pick and one of their top prospects for a long time. He started the season in Baltimore. Whenever there's a player that I don't recognize on the opposing team, I figure that he will hurt the Mets. And there are 3 players in that lineup that I don't know.

Travis Blankenhorn (you remember him, right?) was in SYR's lineup for G1 last night but was pinch-hit for when the game began. He's had an excellent week with a few HRs. I wonder if he is with the team now as a backup if Villar gets IL'd.

At least it's a single-admission doubleheader unless the practice in Washington where they split the games and get two admissions for the same price as a traditional 9-inning game.

WSH has a 2019 vibe to this hater. They rolled over PIT, won 3 of 4 against a weakened Mets team, got "Baby Shark" back, got angry along with Scherzer, and now beat PHI two in a row including today's back-and-forth game. And now they play MIA. I always worry about WSH but now I'm hella worried.
