    Nice going, Seth!

How do they get six outs? May, again. Diaz, and pray.

Jauss for Manager of the Year!

It's the 6th inning and we're almost 2:30 in. Again.

It will be if you don't Edgy-splain everything, especially while our team plays the way they have been tonight. Perhaps pick your spots.

The next person who rationalizes this crap with "they're still in first" can go... away. Get Blankenship off the plane and bring him back fast.

Three newbies are hanging around the team and Luis said that there will be two moves. I ass-ume that the open (Jake) spot goes to Jerad who goes back after the game and Stock goes up but two players have to move for Nogosek and Banda ("SOUP IS NOT A MEAL!" Yes, wrong name but close). UPDATED (That'll team him to have a big 3-run homer):

    Is that a "circle" win?

I have 5: Home and away official jersey's from Fantasy Camp, number 17. My last name is on them so I'd never wear them to a game (Hey H****n, you aren't Keith Hernandez!"); A modest blue jersey that I bought at an Outlet store; it's similar to what they wear in Spring Training; A "1969 World Championship" shirt/jersey that was a giveaway in 2019; and, A jersey replica that was on sale in March as it was made by the previous manufacturer.

I haven't read that WSH did the same but I think that SD had just taken the field and WSH was in the dugout.

It wasn't Marvin Hudson's fault that the Mets lost but his call on Polanco didn't help.

A smart team has another pitcher up from Syracuse for today's game as the IL move for Jake was obvious, especially as Lugo and Diaz won't be able to pitch today (and maybe May). Then there's our team which is playing a player short today.

Just 3 days, so next Sunday. Hopefully in 2021.

Frayed Knot wrote: This is like the three worst losses of the year ... IN A ROW!! Against one of the worst teams in baseball. It shows you that the Mets aren't good. They've just been not as bad as WSH, PHI, ATL and MIA so far. Emphasis on "so far".

It's the Kurt Suzuki game all over game. Sell everyone. Play for next year. Trade Diaz. Fuck this team.
  21. bmfc1
I don't think that I ever want to watch another baseball game.
  22. bmfc1
Another lousy call by Marvin Hudson but at least Gary C. and Keith are amused.
  23. bmfc1
We can't have one long, laborious but tension-free game, can we?

Frayed Knot wrote: Yeah I saw 'Delayed' in WAS-SDP and assumed rain. It wasn't a bad assumption. I put on MASN and they had a split-screen: half showing the empty field with the words "RAIN DELAY" and the other on ESPN's coverage of Cornhole. You'd like to think that they would do some actual reporting so that anyone at home with a loved one at the game could know what's going on but that's not what they did. https://twitter.com/jessespector/status/1416582474549846025
