    No one objects to the term “pimping” a home run. Maybe the word has evolved from its original meaning to now being a synonym for flamboyant.

    Agreed. And using the bunt to get a runner to third with less than 2 outs is one of the situations where it's shown to have a positive effect. I'm just hoping he's not one of those guys who loves bunting.

    I declare today to be a BIG GAME. I guess schedule wise. And it would be nice to finish the home stand strong before going west to face the best team in the NL. But there's nothing worse than a loss on a Wednesday Day Game, followed by an off day, then a Friday night west coast start. Feels like 3 days of no baseball and you have to dwell on your last loss.
