Last time I looked, my calendar says 2020. Later

Sounds like the movie Troop Beverly Hills, about an unlikely group of girl scouts (wealthy, in this case) competing to win a jamboree. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troop_Beverly_Hillshttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troop_Beverly_Hills And that one was predictable, but cute. Later

Maybe she was the mole who leaked the details when the Cohen deal went South. Later

Fred has as much inclination toward stepping down as Trump. Later

=Marshmallowmilkshake post_id=30913 time=1580523237 user_id=119] Curtis was an easy guy to cheer for! Would be nice if he were to start coaching and showing younger players not just how to play the game, but how to treat people.

He retires as the active career ML leader in triples. Who inherits the title now? Later

I saw 1917 today and it reminded me of a movie I saw in the 1950s. It was a black and white war movie (Korea ?) in which a Colonel has to get a complex message to troops at the front. He calls upon a nerdy GI because the soldier has a photographic memory and can recite the message word-for-word. (I think it was because they could not use their radios.) He was to be accompanied by an experienced solder. The soldier briefly scans the message and then recites it, ending with "Good luck (signed) Colonel Lockwood". It was a comedy/ army farce and I can't remember the actors or any of the stars. I thought the nerd was like a Sid Meton, but it wasn't. Can any of you provide the title? Please? Later

1917 was brilliantly directed and photographed. If the cinematographer doesn't win the Oscar, they shouldn't award one. Later

=ashie62 post_id=30747 time=1580340089 user_id=90] He was kinda like T.J. Rivera and Matt Reynolds but without the talent

And, as I mentioned in the Met HOF thread, Rojas could really endear himself to the NY fans by naming Alfonzo to his coaching staff. Later

Do we have to hate the Nationals and Stephen Strasburg at the same time, or can we hate them separately? Later
