I hope it isn't serious. It certainly would impact his ability to catch or hit thrown baseballs. Too bad Vientos isn't a catcher. OE: He has dry eye syndrome, which is treatable. Good to hear. Later

If Francisco keeps on hitting, I might start to consider him for my #4. Be patient, kid. Don't overswing. Let your talent emerge. Later

=Fman99 post_id=124898 time=1683675424 user_id=86] Gelbs sucks in the booth. He said in an interview he was happy to have done a single ST game of play by play and to never do it again, so that means he's basically been recruited against his will.

=bmfc1 post_id=124885 time=1683674644 user_id=73] I know that they've had an absurd number of injuries to their SPs but with all of the $ they spend when there is a need for an emergency starter they have no choice but to go to the guy who had a 7.34 ERA.

=Tamora post_id=124850 time=1683664677 user_id=172] Gotta be honest your more likely to get jumped out and about in London itself than get into trouble at the football. It's not the 80s anymore. If you're coming all the way you could even hop across to Paris for a couple of days. Loads to do. It's one of those cities no matter how much you do you always find more for next time.

He's better than all the minor league veteran catchers and the prospects except for Parada. And even if he doesn't catch, he still adds some power. I have no problem with the signing. Later

Looking back on his off field problems, I'm not sure if the "Migranes" story was true and if not: 1) Was he fooling the Mets, or 2) The Mets knew and they were trying to keep it from the fans Later

This popped up in my Facebook memories today: May 8, 2017 Shared with Your friends Who says teams don't care for their players? The Mets have given Matt Harvey three days off to allow his migraines to feel better. Later
