    In my mind he was a guy who'd make Lagares expendable but on the field it was a different story. It's a shame because I tend to like acquiring "young" players at the moment their careers turn from starter to bench guy, but sounds like he might be of more use in baltimore where they have a lot of other problems.     Thanks guys. So it wasn't an implosion then? Sounds like a bloop single, and then giving up a double to Turner, which, you know, happens. As long as he has his control and his velocity, I think he'll be ok. Situationally and emotionally, it was a bedshitting. He let down everyone. As noted the second time he "set up" a walkoff win for us. That should be a dubious reliever stat: WOS (walkoff setups)

    I don't know exactly why but I'm intrigued with this Eaton-Frazier feud. Todd revealed last night it had origins when they were teammates with the 2016 White Sox but he said no more. There also was a thing when Eaton slid hard into Phillip Evans There's an Athletic article up about it today. If there's an Athletic supporter out there can you share? I really want to see them punch one another.

    Tuesday Night Mets Club now a shocking 3-0 with two walkoffs, and as many Familia Fuckups. But, good win for the winners. I used to look at Gomez as a skinny 22 year old and think, he would get filled out someday. But his ass is just big now. Maybe it was the way he wore the socks but he looks dumpy. JD Davis is alright. Alonso. Holy crap.
