  13. How the hell is someone in camp wearing #14!? Interesting no one in the comments mentioned that, it's all “well it's not from this year due to the huge numbers” and one TwitX suggested someone should have worn #24 to make it the date.
  14. I was there so in the 2 games I attended this week I've seen the Mets score one run (on a bases-loaded walk) and have 5 hits. I talked about it here (in less than 6 minutes): https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/nationalleaguetown/episodes/Jose-Butto--Brett-Baty--Jonas-Brothers-e2h3i7hhttps://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/nationalleaguetown/episodes/Jose-Butto--Brett-Baty--Jonas-Brothers-e2h3i7h How the hell is someone in camp wearing #14!?

  16. #3… Number two would be The Goose, though I think his secondary team would be the Padres Number one…also a Padre reliever Mark Davis?
  17. Did Hodges make it under the wire for this question? Same can be said for Joe Torre when it comes to how far back over there these questions are from! Richie Ashburn

  21. Edgy MD wrote: Then George Feaver is our guy and I'll take my first point in weeks. This joke reminds me of a conversation I heard Richard Neer have on WFAN once. I forget the entire context but someone was coming up on some sort of accomplishment that late 1960s Oriole Tom Phoebus had achieved. IIRC it was something done in his rookie season and whomever was doing the sports news updates on with Neer mentioned Phoebus, and Neer insisted that the guy was being funny with Tom Seaver's name by saying Seaver but a bit “off” Ending exchange was like NEER: “I'm sure he went on to a great career” UPDATE GUY: “Actually just medicore to decent” NEER: “Yeah, sure he did! (most likely eye rolled)”

  23. 4…I'm thinking Red Schoendeist? 5…Odd question, weird that there's be a quirky reasoning for it…I'm going with 11 called up while someone was on the old 15-Day DL and take in the usual two off days per week into account.
  24. Take a stab at #5 with Rick Anderson?
  25. 20-7 loss to the Bears… Part of a string of 8 straight losses! They couldn't have flipped it to Solider Field? When did the Astros clinch…25th (no hitter helps that search)…okay not a lot of time to flip locations or make it a…well maybe not a Friday Night Special in the state of Texas as Monday was the scheduled 5th Game (rained out hence the Tuesday game)…eh what can you do I guess
