  1. Hagin & Rose made a big ado about a 30 second conversation between Wagner and Delgado as Wagner was starting his warm ups in the 8th. Wagner with Ed Coleman says that it was simply about positioning.
  2. Oh boy, Wagner is doing his best (insert your least favorite all-time Met closer) imitation
  3. At least we are making Pettitte work, hopefully the Mets will get the crappy underbelly of the MFY pen
  4. I hope that I can borrow a line from Lord Vader about this game, that this will be a day LONG remebered! A lot of work needs to be done, especially in this game, LETS GO METS!
  5. YEAH BABY! Pettitte lets the ball go, INF hit and the Mets take the lead!
  6. Pettitte loses Schneider to walk in the tying run, but there are two outs for Castillo. Top of the 4th BTW.
  7. Mets get on the board as Chuch scores off of Damon's weak ass arm.

  10. Damon with a leadoff walk, Jeter slams a one out homer off of Santana. 2-0 DAMN, @#*()$*()$A@#&*%A@#%@
  11. Well that blew! Okay Johan, your turn.
  12. Road blacks, booo. First two batters striking out, double boooooo
  13. The Good Guys Reyes SS Church RF Wright 3B Beltran CF Alou LF Delgado 1B Easley DH Schneider C Castillo 2B Santana SP The Bad Guys Damon LF Abreu RF Jeter SS Matsui DH Giambi 1B Cano 2B Cabrera CF Gonzalez 3B Moeller C Pettitte SP
  14. I know he's not popular around here, but Chris Russo is doing some entertaining radio. Goofing on the Yankees taking their sweet time telling the fans that last night's game was called (he believes it was more to get the players, and then the media out before the multitudes as opposed to the capitialistic capitalistic reasons) Russo is acting as if the game is slated for an 11:05 start! Call me easily amused all you want, the guy can entertain. Lineups to follow.
  15. KC wrote: Please no silly subway trip between two closing stadiums nonsense in June. The fluff would be unbearable. I don't remember it being that bad the second time around First time I remember a moronic Wfan caller suggesting that the rest of MLB should take a day off!

I wasn't making fun of your English. Well, the way you were picking apart my syntax, it seemed like you were channeling a few English professors I know.
  17. batmagadanleadoff wrote: ="SteveJRogers"]Fellow who is currently in the same Grad school journalism program as I am, Has a blog called Tribe Fan In Yankee Land Sorry, bit of a too inside joke. Well, I'm not that guy. You shoulda known that because I posted that I have no blog. I was also kidding about the going to Iona part. I was kidding too, hence the inside joke. Iona is becoming a joke though, the program is going to be eliminated! Know of any programs around the area? Mercy? Pace?
