yeah, I may have forgotten. I've gotten really bad deadlines. But this has been on my list for a while.

I'm not clear how to actually throw around the money? This site is sadly not super intuitive.

You're right, it's not. Click on the "Arbitration" link on the left side of the top nav, and then there's an "overview" drop down just under that. Click through each team in the drop down one by one, allocating $1-3 per team.
