A Boy Named Seo Old-Timey Member Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 While looking for Greg's Piazza book, I saw that Keith has a memoir due for publication in Oct 3, '17. This already news to everyone? It did not blip my radar. Amazon -> https://smile.amazon.com/Im-Keith-Hernandez-ebook/dp/B01LL8BUWG/ref=pd_sbs_351_4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=R89R07F5WVR8BSN1B2FR
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 Interesting that there's no co-author listed. He had two previous books were co-written with Mike Bryan, and one that was co-written with Matt Silverman that I figured was just Matt with Keith lending his name.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 Matt told me his book was a series of phone conversations with KH, and painstaking transcriptions. It of course wasn't supposed to chronicle what became the worst Eve Of Destruction in Mets history, not that much of it was foreseeable by a broadcaster.I'll read IKH, like crazy.

I missed the other one. Maybe that's why I'M is in bold red. No more of this coddling, co-author crap. Maybe it's unvarnished Keith, which would be awesome.
Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 So, it's a memoir of the Seinfeld years?

Pull a used copy at a book store. They all smell like somebody's Dad. What Dad drank, what he smoked, what aftershave he wore.
A Boy Named Seo Old-Timey Member Posted February 22, 2017 Author Posted February 22, 2017 I think I read that one then. Tale of 2 baseball games, one AL, one NL, one grass, one turf, something like that.

It's a book I buy nearly every time I see it at a thrift store or used book shop.
