I missed the homer. I heard Howie talking about the orange line at Shea tho, & I wondered why he brought that up.

Just saw it. Gah. And it's always one of those no name rooks. Well, not always.

Ha. More lack of execution in the bunt dept.? That ticks me off if you haven't noticed.

WOWWWWzers. Not even thinking cutoff man. But I guess when you have an arm like that...he don't need no stinkin' cut off man.

Great effort Harv. Maybe if this was a photo shoot we'do have had a better shot.

He's looked lost all night. A better offense (read: anybody else in the NL) would've chased him by the third.

Bloop single. I'd pull him. Terry will too.

Nah, if Harveys gonna be something it's gonna be with us. Him at his worst is not all that bad.

I'm not advocating, but I don't think the trade market this off-season would've agreed with that.

Possibly. I'm just saying I would not have traded him or endorsed he be traded.

Alls I can say is thank God for deGrom and Syndergaard, because if not for them I'd be more disappointed about Harvey. I expected a better start to '16. But our eggs aren't all in that basket.

Wisler stays in for the 8th. Time to knock him outta there guys.

Everytime some rook pitcher comes in and does this to us I'd fire all the advance scouts.

1 fkn hit.

You've got more bloodlust for those poor shlub scouts than for Harvey.

Anyhow, Wisler's no rookie. He's had the Mets number since he came up and debuted against them June 19.

One hit, and they struck out (only) four times.
Doesn't seem like they were overpowered.
Who is he, the second coming of Greg Maddux (shudder)?
I didn't see the game.
What was this guy throwing?

I know. We'll have to see how things play out, of course, but I fear that they may have missed their best opportunity to sell high on Harvey.

He was good (obviously) but also a bit lucky in that the Mets hit a bunch of at'em balls.
