Open House next week, on ST getaway day. Sounds fun:

Beginning at noon ET, fans are invited to take part in free clubhouse tours, receive vouchers for tickets to select 2016 home games and take photos with longtime Mets first baseman Ed Kranepool, Mr. and Mrs. Met and the truck. The Mets Hall of Fame will also be open, with inflatables and face painters on site.

Here now. Haven't seen Kranepool, or gotten any ticket vouchers, or any Mr. Met/truck photos. Because we've been in line for the clubhouse tour since arriving.

It's all being run about as well as you'd expect.

Got the tour, sorta. They just kind of walked everyone past, and then let us sit in/take photos in the dugout for a minute, then hustled us out.

The line for ticket vouchers was still building when we left, at around 2; everything else had been shut down/ran out of giveaway items long before that.

Poorly organized (according to an employee, they expected/staffed for 400-500 fans... on a federal holiday/first day of an NYC school holiday week). Poorly run (few canopies/heat lamps; abruptly announced decisions seemingly arbitrarily made about "weather-related" tour abbreviations and giveaway/raffle cutoffs). Just... poor. I'm like Charlie Brown with the football for this crap. Never again.
