Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 Hard to vote against the wraparound.

It should be an attention grabber. After all, it is a headline. The reporters had been writing all year (well, after the trading deadline and the team got hot) that the team seemed ready to go on an historic run. Putting that on a back page (no matter how well done) is just a self aggrandizing confirmation of what they had already written. Not back page material, IMO.Later
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted January 11, 2016 Author Posted January 11, 2016 A few days remaining in this poll and it's still tied. Anyone else care to chime in?
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted January 11, 2016 Author Posted January 11, 2016 Hmmm... by bumping this thread I've managed to convert a 6-6 tie into a 7-7 tie.
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 I just pushed it to 8-7 by voting for the Jacks. That's just a home run swing right there.
dgwphotography Old-Timey Member Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 The wraparound cover is just very well done. The post cover is much too busy...
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted January 11, 2016 Author Posted January 11, 2016 8-8 now. This one may be headed for tie-breaker territory. A few more days to go, however.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 A wrap around with a nice Metly layout, they even got the N Y in there and the greatest logo known to man and the universe.That.Could.Go.All.The.Way.
