Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Thor looking human this inning.
Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Fans chanting "over-rated" at Harper. I appreciate the sentiment but the correct chant is "Dooouche-bag."
Guest Mets Guy in Michigan Guests Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 1) I've never seen the ESPN crew call the game from the seats like this. 2) I can't decide if I like the fake umpires. I'm leaning toward liking them because they are good. They've got all the moves down pat. I want to see them run Harper.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Cool that the runner were afraid to tag on Cespedes. We're back in the dugout.
Guest Mets Guy in Michigan Guests Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Are they chanting "Jayson Worth-less?" That's not bad for the bleachers.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 If that's the worst inning Syndergaard has tonight we should be OK. And even after that frame he's under par for a good pitches/inning rate.

They've done it a couple times this year. In the 'Monster Seats' in Fenway recently not surprisingly.2) I can't decide if I like the fake umpires. Not sure exactly where that started, but the throwing the ball back pantomime is great.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Wow, Lucas does singles too!

It's like synchronized swimming without the nose clamps and make-up.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 We'll have to ask Conforto's mother what she thinks of that analogy.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Lexus of Route 10 is giving inaccurate reports on New York Mets history.
Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Terry better let him go out for the 8th or I'ma get angry.Again with the goddam green shirt. There's a ballgame going on, guys.
