I love when you do this! Kudos for remembering Mickey Weston!

Not one, but TWO 1962 Mets catchers also played for the O's?
Never knew that.

Cherry picking, I have zero recollection of Sid Fernandez
being an Oriole.

Who is the guy on the nameless card, second row far left?

That's Bob Bailor, in a rare Oriole uni sighting. Bailor played about a dozen games for Weaver's Birds before his rookie season with the expansion Jays.

Omir Santos?

Find me a card of Santos in an Oriole uni and I'll put him in.

Some other missing Bird Men:

Tim the Bird Man Byrdak
Kevin Bass
John Pacella
Pete Smith
Victor Zambrano

and these:

original coach Rogers Hornsby once managed the Orioles

So did Juan Samuel, here shown restraining fellow missing Bird Man Ty Wigginton

I missed this feature. Appreciate having it back.

Me too. Thanks. I stopped doing this because I did all the teams, other than whatever AL team the Mets haven't played in the last two or three years. I figgered everybody'd get tired of seeing the same old cards. How 'bout that Adam West appearance? That's what I wish everyone was posting about.

Sid was part of the welcoming committee to greet me on my first visit to Camden Yards 21 years ago last week.

And only one of them, Ratty Palmeroid, were around when the O's made their back-to-back postseason trips 19 and 18 years ago respectively this coming October!

El Sid lasted roughly a season and a half, it appears (via B-R.com) that it was an injury plaque one, and he signed with Philly in July of '95. Sabo lasted the one year, it was a one-year FA deal, and signed with the White Sox that winter, and ditto for Smith as he signed with the Angels in the offseason.

TradingCardDB.com shows a 1966 postcard set with Throneberry as an Oriole.

Also in 1991 the Orioles had one of those massive "All-Time Roster" stadium giveaway sets

Good thing for that! In that All-Time O's set, Paella is sporting a Twins cap!
