HahnSolo Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 They haze minor league trainers? Learn something new every day. Poor lady is keeping up appearances, but inside she has to be thinking "I don't need this shit."
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Sooner or later, this is going to blow up in somebody's face. Or everybody's face.

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 I'm saying.Someday, like using midgets and albinos as flunky mascots, or using slurs for nicknames, this is going to be seen as a weird and demeaning anachronism, and it's not like the novelty has any humor value left at this point. It'd be a healthy thing if management took the senior players aside and quietly told them to let this die next season. If everybody is going to jump ship eventually, why not be the first? I'm sure they'll find another way to ride the rookies besides public emasculation.

ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 I would be happy to be in the bigs and have a sense of humor about it.But that is just me. David Wright, feel free to can it in the future.Degrom looks like the Wil Ferrell character in Blades of Glory.
Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Let me be a major-league baseball player for a few weeks and I'll wear a Wonder Woman outfit in Macy's window.....
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 I don't mean to suggest otherwise.
