Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Furcal was obviously going to be Wheeler's last batter either way.I like how Terry gave him some rope even after the 2-out hit but, while Furball was unlikely to crank one over the fence, the next three batters clock in at about 700 lbs in total and there's no way he was going to risk a walk-off killer to a tiring pitcher.
