Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2013 Posted June 29, 2013 Gio Gonzalez vs Zach Wheeler. I like our chances.

Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 I hear Gio's allergic to latex.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 I'm directly behind home plate but in the very top row of the promenade 514. Getting shade and a serious breeze from behind, likely an arriving storm. 2nd or 3rd inning maybe? LGM stadium organist playing shout it out loud. You got to have a party.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Wright hit yesterday and breezed today. Chance of one of their guys receiving the same? Zero, if recent history is our guide.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Instead, a fastball down the middle.

If we dont use the pen then things are going great and we'll get em some other time.No plunking, just a sitEmDown brushback.Fuckin LaRoche. And they are slappin Zack around.2-0

Cain nearly killed him and Santana hit Molina in the ass at 80 MPH, which is like shooting an elephant with a BB gun.

I understand and agree that Zack does not need to have anything added to his shoulders, so timing is a factor. Personally I think if you have Zack pin point some chin music it might pump him up. Looks like he could use it atm.3-0
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Jezeeeez. Everybody gets a gap. YOU GET A GAP! YOU GET A GAP! YOU....

It's worse than nothing, because if you do nothing they might think something is coming. If you do this they know you are done, and they know you are toothless.

I like that.Zack gives up another gopher to Werth. This is not going well. Can't use the tipping pitches excuse two games in a row, can you?5-0
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Let the rally begin! Wright with a booming double.

Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Wheeler done in the 5th. Disappointing. Now the pen will probably be great. Better be. I want to see a Nat on his natass. Aardsma gets the ball.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Gah! They catch our gappers. So we need 6 runs and have not scored 6 runs in one game here at Citi. Do I continue to watch or just pack it in?

Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 There ya go. Wimpy yes, but I really dont want to see anyone hurt. I just want them to think that its very possible they could get hurt.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 JCL, on foul balls straight back and up, get up and jump and wave like a lunatic. Ill get a screenshot.Nice catch Brown.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 I respectfully request that the Nationals stop catching our hits.Please.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Another gapper finds leather. Gaph!2 on, 1 out.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 We get two guys on w/no out and strand em. Typical. I'll be half here. I see no reason to sit and watch this.
