seawolf17 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 How quickly they all forget my favorite Met.
Vic Sage Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 (edited) but i don't see one of my faves, for whom we have an ongoing thread... Rico Brogna!on edit: DOH! beaten again. then how about another 1bman, Donn Clendenon. Edited October 4, 2012 by Guest
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 I already guessed McReynolds and got no credit for it.You have 2 Strawberry cards.

seawolf17 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 I specifically pick a non-ugly KMac card and you give me that.I'm still kinda bitter that he never signed a Topps contract until he got here. I want to have Topps go back and make retro cards from 1983-1987 in Padres uniforms for me.(Someone get me a Photoshop expert.)
batmagadanleadoff Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2012 Author Posted October 4, 2012 One more Met.
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 Has Cliff Floyd been guessed?
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 Do we have Hairy himself? Does that count?

Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 Kingman's card looks like he's wielding a scythe.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 How about that card not spelling Charley's name the way he did?
seawolf17 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 Topps don't care. We spell things the way we want to spell things, bitch.
seawolf17 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 Checked Burnitz; topped out at 19. Surprised.
batmagadanleadoff Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2012 Author Posted October 4, 2012 Extra Credit:Four Mets hit exactly 19 HR's in a season, but never 20 or more. Two of those Mets - Staub and Burnitz - were guessed at in this afternoon's quiz. Name the other two.
Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 Jose-Jose-Jose, of course.Second one is...ummmm....
