Johan Santana, who has allowed an average of 3.5-hits in his last two starts, leads the Mets into battle for the final game of the series at the Thunderdome. Jeremy Hellickson starts for the Rays.

It's a business person's special, 1:10 EDT.

That's your little boys hat on the good captain. I was lookin for a Met hat to put on Kirk and it fit the bill.

My gameday feed just shut down. Apparently the call of a Bay homer was too much for it to handle.

Did you see Bays face when he launched that? He was more surprised than we were.

Gah!
We give both runs back.
Surprised two runs scored on that double/triple.

Damn.
Well, you can't lead em all.
Lets see the Mets come right back and tie it.
These spunky gamers have more runs in em.

I thought Jordanny would score on that double to right by Wright, but he held at third.

I guess the Mets don't like to score until there are two out.

Duda batting. One out, second and third.

I thought this too.

Duda with the sac fly.
DAVIS with a carpetcutting rbi single!

This team is SO resilient, hitting wise.

4-3 us :)
