nymr83 Old-Timey Member Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 yeah they gave me every reason to look for food tonight. sat directly behind the plate in the first few rows of the upper deck (or whatever they call the highest section now), a spot that feels a mile lower than sitting front row of the upper deck behind the plate at Shea, where i enjoyed the Todd Pratt game from.
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted August 20, 2012 Author Posted August 20, 2012 Finally going to trade in the tickets from the Tom Seaver bobblehead rainout. (the whole concept of not being able to trade in tickets I bought online anywhere but in person.. odd..) for the Mike Piazza bobblehead game Saturday. This could be my last trip to Citi. Only one more homestand I'll be in the country for after that.

Guest themetfairy Guests Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 Cool Irish! When you get off the subway and are looking at the stadium, bear left. The Will Call windows are on the third base side.Have fun!
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 And if I am driving and parking in the $20 lot?
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 There are ticket windows along the third-base side, Will Call ought to be the closest to home plate of those.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 I went to the second game of the season. At the time, I wouldn't have guessed that it would be the only one I'd attend, but it sure looks that way now. I haven't even been watching on TV; the last time I saw even a single pitch was in July, before I went away.
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted September 7, 2012 Author Posted September 7, 2012 metirish wrote:And if I am driving and parking in the $20 lot?they're all 20 lots. but yeah, third base/left field side. Stand on Shea's infield and walk directly at Citi Field. right there. under the little overhang. alternatively the ticket office is tucked around the corner right there too, next to the rotunda and they could probably help you.
TransMonk Old-Timey Member Posted September 13, 2012 Posted September 13, 2012 I am going to all three games in Milwaukee this weekend. On Saturday, I'll be tailgating with my wife's sister, my wife's cousin and his son and then a childhood friend of my wife's. This friend is bringing her husband (boyfirend?), who is another Wisconsin Mets fan. I've never met him, but I'm looking forward to it just because I know so few Mets fans in person. If we hit it off, I'll try to get him in the Pool.
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted September 13, 2012 Posted September 13, 2012 Uh, just how would you bring him in the pool?
