This thread needs to be bumped because it is one of the greatest things ever.

These photos need captions. Otherwise, I'm not buying why Jeff Wilpon would be at Socrates' death, or at high level WWII negotiations.

I can't imagine why. The timeline works.

This could effect the timeline. Dr.Who fans will know where that impossible astronaut came from.
Probably would have been better if I used Shea as a backdrop and had him reaching out to give Shea the "touch of death".

This would have been a million times better if it was an Apollo mission pic, especially this one or even this one.

A million? Neil looks totally stoned in that second one. That is a good idea. Whip it up.

Oh, I see what your sayin. The image wasn't very "historical". The ones you linked would put it more in that context. That's true and sorry bout that. Went for the funny.

I had this wallpaper I created a few years ago for Dr. Who. Looking around for images to use for this I found a layered (.psp) save of the Who/River Song wallpaper. Thought it would be funny to just slide Freds head in there and slap on a new backround. So 95% of the work that went into the astronaut image was done long ago. Yea, kinda like cheating.

Hilarious Zvon...took me a minute to find Jeffy in the Beatles one.

dinosaur jesus did the Sgt Pepper one. I agree, classic funny and I'm envious he used that image.

We might have to have a new fashioned shop-off.

This is great stuff....I am surprised this doesn't have a Facebook page already.

Some of these have been stored in an album on the CPF Facebook page. Maybe I'll "share" that album from the UMDB Facebook page. That may get about 2,000 or more eyes on it. (Something like 2200 people saw the photo I posted of David Wright in a Cap'n Crunch hat.)

That'd be great. Just make sure you give 'em the Crane Pool address with that so the Facebook page isn't the end of the line for those eyes.
