Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 I envy those of you in the greater NYC area, close enough to go to a Mets game on a weekday without it impacting the rest of your work week or lives too significantly.Having said that, Fboy and I had the next best thing. He had a half day of school today, and so I picked him up and brought him home, we had lunch, and then I worked from home (on a slow-ish paced afternoon, work wise, fortunately) and we watched the game together on a 55" HDTV in surround sound. They won, we watched it in its entirety, I was on the clock the entire time. Good deal right there.
