Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 Mike Pelfrey pitches for the Mets against Randy Wolf, who hasn't lost to the Mets since 2005. Let's make it happen tonight!Oh, and don't trade Reyes.

TransMonk Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 It's interesting to see McGehee get dropped a spot in the order. He was getting a little negative feedback from Brewers' fans during last night's game as he is slumping.Specifically, after the 6th inning Fielder HR, I overheard one fan calling the Mets' manager a dolt for pitching Prince anything in the strike zone while McGehee was behind him in the lineup.

She's a fat frump. I would not have recognized her or noticed her if not for the fact that she was sitting next to Henry Winkler (they were in town for an auto show).
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 The Mets would be better off with Willow Bay in LF.

Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 Way to lean into it, Rudy. Get Kelly Leak up there.

Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 I leave Pelfrey in. He's doing well, plus our bench (other than Murphy) sucks.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 I don't mind them taking the shot there. At some point you're gonna need some O, may as well be now.
Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 If it weren't one run and it weren't two outs, sure. I think we can get their 'pen with Reyes leading off in the 8th.
