Division-race implications aside, I'm not terribly eager to witness a Hanson-Dickey episode.

When I was younger, and more open to strange, new things... maybe. Or maybe if both were on our team, it would be easier and less awkward to derive enjoyment from such a setup. But now, now I could kind of do without watching a somebody else's Hanson-our Dickey kinda thing. That could be sort of painful... damaging, even.

Oh, and

This thread would be a crime if only because it started on your own losing streak.

Whew, we saved the season.

Now we need to collaborate on a KTE.

Pagan CF
Reyes SS
Wright 3B
Davis 1B
Bay LF
Thole C
Francoeur RF
Tejada 2B
Dickey P

Yup, Reyes listed batting second.

Why not? Pagan's batting and on-basing higher than Reyes.

What's 3BG? A typo? Or something I'm not gettting? I hope it's something good.

Reyes batting righty vs. a righty is a waste of a lineup spot. Better it be the second spot than the leadoff spot.

This is why I come here.
For the people who's brains still work and can tell me the whys and the wherefores.

Am I over reacting when I say this is the most important game of the year?
And if not so, why so and wherefore.....so?

I would love to see Reyes have a great game and stick in that two-hole the rest of the year, I tell you what.

Because the other guys are in first, and the next game is always the most important game of the year so far.
