Entering Monday night, Jason Bay by game-third:

Innings 1-3: .343/.410/.529
Innings 4-6: .227/.342/.412
Innings 7-9: .265/.351/.398

Monday night:

Innings 1-3: RBI single with two on, two out; groundout with one on, two out
Innings 4-6: flyout with one on, one out
Innings 7-9: lineout with nobody on, nobody out; flyout with one on, two out

Perhaps the Canuck should have a regular mid-game snack? Like kettle corn, or Snickers, or

? (It's got electrolytes.)



Kinda want to see splits of the Pitch Type/Plate Discipline information at Fangraphs now. (On the season/irrespective of inning, he's basically swinging a lot more at everything, but making more contact with everything... and not whacking fastballs like he normally does/did.)
