Guest metsguyinmichigan Guests Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 Following along on the iPhone while doing chores today. Johan clearly was unaccustomed to working with a two-run lead and had to get back to familiar turf.Would be cool if they could tack on some insurance to give him some breathing room!
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 Is it my lyin' eyes, or does Lil' Gwynn get on base, like, twice a game against the Mets?
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 Fucky Fuckstein ties it up.
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2010 Author Posted June 10, 2010 I'd like to feed Eckstein to the bear that MM sees on his runs.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 Gonzo with his 3rd hit of the game, with 2 outs and a base open, and now we're losing.
Centerfield Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 Dumb move there. This is why we don't score for Johan. Gets all soft and shit.
TransMonk Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 M. Latos now has 8Ks through 5 innings on our offense.Score some runs NOW!!!
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 If they didn't have Denorfia, we'd be in much deeper doodoo here. He's been more valuable in keeping us close than any Met hitter but Blanco.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 Cora pulls a fast one dot com! He's got exactly whatcha lookin' for! (Lookin' for!)
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 I'm really getting excited for the next three years of Jason Bay, you?

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 This Gregorson guy is another one of these Padre reliever that I covet: 31 IP / 36 Ks / 2 BBs ... (now 38 Ks)
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 Laying off the slider away, brotha.[/quote:10533oim]Yet staying on the outside-corner fastballs... at least enough to foul them off. [/quote:10533oim]Was nice while it lasted.Mother of pearl, that's a lot of Ks today.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 We've been Gregged again,
TransMonk Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 Still only a bloop and a blast away from being even.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 Still only a bloop and a blast away from being even.[/quote:1b454iai]Yes, but both would require making some sort of contact first.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 Another DP. Geez. The Mets by the way talk a good game about using the whole field, running around, stealing bases etc but they are nothing without their home runs. Noticed?
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 And now we get... Mejia.I was thiking Igarashi. How come our double plays have started rallies instead of ending them today?
