Victorino's not the problem there. A runner caught like that should do everything he can to try to get a call. And it's not like he threw the elbow maliciously, he just needed to make contract.

I totally disagree. It's dirty pool, he goes out of his way to bump Reyes and put a shoulder into him when Reyes is moving out of the basepath. And the ump totally missed it.
