Centerfield Old-Timey Member Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 Last night was the first time in a long time the Mets made me so angry I couldn't sleep.Ben Grimm claims he can turn off the game after losses and not have it affect his mood at all. I'm guessing even he had a little trouble falling asleep yesterday.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 Actually, no. Exhaustion from jet lag may have helped, though. I went to bed at 10, woke up at 12, watched the end of the game, and went back to bed at around 2.I'm still partially on Hawaii time, so it's hard to judge what's affecting my sleep and what isn't.
Guest AG/DC Guests Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 People from last night's game who I dreamt of choking after I finally went to sleep.College-aged dreadlocked caucasian, fifteen rows or so behind the first base dugout.Ten-year-old kid, directly behind the first base dugout, with a red shirt that says "I hate the Mets." (Where are the parents there?)Brett Myers. (I actually dream of choking him most nights.)
