Let Julio pitch the 9th. He'll make it through.

And the Hillbilly cried "Mercy for the fat man!"

Tell me that doesn't sound like a Creedence lyric.

The Dodgers, White Sox and Mets have all scored 13 runs today, all as visitors.

Apparently, it's not a good thing to be a home team on Thursday the 13th...

At this point I think Willie is just doing this to be a prick.

"What boneheaded move can I do today with the bullpen to pick a fight with the media?"

Duaner on for the ninth.

The names on the ESPN gamecast really should move under the animation of the flying ball.

"JESUS! Why the hell is Chavez just standing there!!! You gotta get under that ball!"

It's freakin me out.

Good IGT today, fellas.

Glad you enjoyed it, Elster. I'll try to repeat my part for your future IGT pleasure.

Duaner Sanchez closes it out. How Sweep It is.

Bringing in Sanchez was a good decision by Willie.
It was only a 9 run lead. I wouldn't have trusted Julio with that lead either.

Believe it or not, I enjoy the back and forth with you Bret. Except for the parts where I go insane.

You never got back to me on my last post directed to you.

Only the Yanquis could be in a 6-2 game (4-2 until a minute ago) which is taking considerably longer than a 13-5 slug/walk-fest.
They're in bottom 8

Yes, Elster, it most definitely is cool. Thanks for pointing it out.

True. Though a 13-5 game in under 3 hours (2:44) has to be pretty rare.

Sanchez closes it out despite a Reyes error.

Nice.

I can't get over that we are one Wagner BS away from 8-0. I like baseball.

Must suck to have renounced being a Met fan only to have them get off to a great start this year.

Where's Dickshot with that picture of the old guy with the brooms?

Nice job on the IGT gang. Fun read for those of us that had to work and didn't get to check in on the game.

Damn, I love that old guy, JD. Hope to see a lot more of him this year.
