On Sportscenter, when asked who was going to win the NL wild card, Gammons hesitantly said he would stick with his original choice, which was the Marlins. However, he said the team that scares him the most is the Mets because of their "youth" and "energy". Peter Gammons is a guru and has never been wrong.

He also basically said Looper sucked. Although he didn't say that, it was my interpretation......, still he is never wrong.

That's not true. I've come around on Gammo. I used to like him, then I thought he jumped the shark, now that I'm old I kinda like him again.

I like Gammons, certainly he knows the game, what's really cool about him is that he admited to not knowing how things would work when Bobby V started his ESPN gig a few years ago and to then admit that he throughly enjoyed it.

Sorry Beenso, I've got nothing against Gammons, I've just seen so much criticism of him on the internet that I assumed you were being sarcastic. Now if you said that about McCarver, I would KNOW you were being sarcastic.
