seawolf17 Old-Timey Member Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 NOW SCORE SOME FREAKING RUNS.edit: If Diaz, aka "D.P. Rallykiller," comes up in a big spot in this inning, you pinch hit for him. I don't care if you throw Benson or Glavine up there, but you get Diaz the hell outta there.
nymr83 Old-Timey Member Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 in Anaheim, Chad Cordero just pulled a Franco in a 1-run game loading the bases with nobody out and wiggling his way out of it.The Mets look terrible at the plate again tonight except for back to back doubles. Another wasted pitching effort by Zambrano who has been suprisingly solid lately, he clearly wants to show the team that any call for a replacement (or a speedy return by Traschel) should be focused on Ishii not on him.
nymr83 Old-Timey Member Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 byebye Royce..intentional walk to Hatteberg? i'm not sure about this one...
Guest Johnny Dickshot Guests Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 What we needed tonight was a humiliating loss.

Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 Were you the guy with the Gary Carter jersey, Bong?
Centerfield Old-Timey Member Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 My optimism is fading. Isn't it about time to put Beltran on the DL? Let him rest...he looks terrible in the field and at the plate. I'd rather have him healthy for the second half than watch him struggle like this.
